Account Engagement (Pardot) multi-business-unit support
Section titled “Account Engagement (Pardot) multi-business-unit support”Changed. The Account Engagement integration is no longer limited to a single business unit: switch the business unit when adding results to a list and in the sync settings. See Operate integrations.
Persist audience member records
Section titled “Persist audience member records”New. Keep the Platform Cache for fast results and additionally persist them as audience member records in the background, for reports and record-triggered automation. Administrators enable it in Advanced Settings; see Work with results.
Between operator for Date and Date/Time fields
Section titled “Between operator for Date and Date/Time fields”Changed. The Between operator, introduced for numbers and currencies, now also covers Date and Date/Time fields. See Filter operators.
Case-insensitive custom logic and relative dates
Section titled “Case-insensitive custom logic and relative dates”Changed. Custom logic and relative-date inputs no longer require uppercase; any casing is accepted. See Filter operators.
Custom logic NOT operator
Section titled “Custom logic NOT operator”Changed. Custom logic supports NOT for logical opposites, always in parentheses — for example (NOT 1) or (NOT (1 OR 2)). See Filter operators.
Edit parent folders
Section titled “Edit parent folders”Changed. Audiences and folders can be moved into, out of, and between folders after creation. See Folder Management.
Scheduler warning for inactive or past campaigns
Section titled “Scheduler warning for inactive or past campaigns”Changed. When automatic schedule removal is active, the scheduler now shows a warning banner instead of silently aborting schedules that target inactive campaigns or campaigns with a past end date.
