Schedule Audiences

On an audience canvas, its results, or the audience home page, select Schedule to create an automation. Once one exists, select Manage Schedule to review or change it. The Campaign Suite uses Schedule Audience for its entry point.

The current workflow includes:

  • Recurring or One-Time timing under Configure Schedule;
  • Campaign, Data Extension, and Flow or Apex actions under Configure Actions;
  • Campaign Member field mappings, cleansing, delta processing, tracked outcomes, and persistent control groups where available;
  • schedule-wide Change approval;
  • Save for changes or Unschedule to remove the schedule and all of its actions.

A schedule can also run without destination actions when you only need CAB to refresh the audience automatically.
