June ’26 release

Released June 9, 2026.

New. Campaign Audience Builder now includes Cabby, an intelligent assistant that turns plain-language segmentation goals into structured, tested audience configurations — grounded in your org’s live schema, picklist values, relationship paths, and reference audiences. Conversations are stored so you can resume work later, and administrators choose the AI processing mode and can define org-specific instructions. Learn how to use it in Build audiences with Cabby; administrators set it up in Cabby setup.

New. Results can include fields from related records — parent fields up to five relationship levels deep, reusable Data Inclusions with sorting rules, related columns in CSV exports, and clickable Name fields that open the underlying Salesforce records. See Related data & match breakdown.

Changed. Related-object filters now support custom logic expressions such as (1 AND 2) OR 3 across parent, child, and aggregate criteria, with numbered badges on the canvas and validation for invalid expressions. See Related-object filter logic.

Changed. Campaign splits can allocate exact member counts in addition to percentages, mix both styles in one split, and distribute remainders fairly. See Split audience results.

New. Compare audiences to understand shared and unique membership before taking action, and create Combination or Waterfall audiences directly from overlap segments. See Overlap Analysis.

New. Filter records within or outside a radius from a center point using Salesforce Location and Address fields, in miles or kilometers. See Geolocation filters.

Changed. CAB can persist audience membership in snapshot chunks after execution, so downstream actions survive cache expiration and the cache can be rebuilt from snapshots when eligible. See Work with results.

Changed. Long-running audience actions now show grouped operations with current status, progress, and recent activity, and scheduled runs are identified explicitly. See Work with results.
