Related Object Filter Logic

When an object has two or more connected related-object filters, open its filter editor and use Related Object Filter Logic.

  • All Child Relationship Filter Conditions Are Met requires every child branch and is the default.
  • Any Child Relationship Filter Conditions Are Met requires at least one child branch.
  • Custom Combination of Related Filters opens Custom Expression. It can combine both parent and child relationships with numbered references, AND, OR, and parentheses—for example, (1 OR 2) AND 3.

Every related-object filter must appear in a custom expression. CAB validates the expression before Save becomes available.
