Operate Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud integrations
Move audiences into your activation platforms
Open CAB Integrations to operate configured Account Engagement (Pardot) and Marketing Cloud connections. The navigation only shows integrations that are included and enabled for the organization.
Synchronize Account Engagement lists
Section titled “Synchronize Account Engagement lists”- Open CAB Integrations → Pardot Integration → Sync Settings.
- If your organization has multiple business units, choose the business unit.
- Under Synchronized Lists, select Add List.
- Choose a static Account Engagement list and the CAB audiences that should feed it, then finish the setup.
- Use Edit to change the audiences, Stop to stop the list synchronization, or the audience row action Stop Synchronization to remove one audience.
Last Synchronization shows the most recent scheduled import. The stateful Cleanse/Cleansing control removes target-list members who are not in the synchronized CAB audiences; use it only when CAB should be authoritative for the complete list.
When Outcome Tracking is configured, the audience row action Tracked outcomes opens Track outcomes for this sync so Salesforce conversion outcomes can be measured for that activation stream.
Inspect Account Engagement jobs
Section titled “Inspect Account Engagement jobs”Go to Import Job History to see manual additions and synchronized-audience jobs. Select an import number to open its Salesforce record, including status, created and updated records, and errors. Select Refresh to retrieve current job status from Account Engagement.
Work with Marketing Cloud Data Extensions
Section titled “Work with Marketing Cloud Data Extensions”Open Marketing Cloud Integration → Data Extensions. Select Create Data Extension to define one, or review the recently populated Data Extensions shown on the page.
When mapping a Data Extension field from an audience, Audience Data Graph can retrieve one related value. Choose the path, Sort By, Sort Order, and final field, then select Done. The sort reduces a one-to-many path to the single record whose value is sent.
