With/Without Child Relationship

  • When defining child relationship nodes, we can choose from With or Without this kind of records.

  • Example: Up-Sell Scenario: Give me all Contacts of Accounts that bought our entry-level product but not our main product.

  • The audience could look something like this:

  • We have two Opportunity paths. Accounts:

    1. (WITH) Won Opps with our Entry-Level Product
    2. (WITHOUT) Won Opps with our Main Product

  • To set up the without setting, access the Opportunity Node and choose Filter Setting = Without.

    • The default is With.
