Adjust Minimum Schedule Frequency

Introduction

  • Our lowest scheduling frequency is every 15 minutes. But this comes at a cost, as technically speaking, this results in 4 scheduled apex jobs.
  • In Salesforce, there is a governor limit of 100 scheduled apex jobs at a time. If our app blocks 4 of these job slots, it could be an issue for companies that work heavily with scheduled jobs.
  • Therefore, we now allow you to choose your minimum scheduling frequency. You can choose between every 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Functionality

  • In the CAB Setup, you can now Edit the Audience Scheduler.

  • Then, you can select your preferred minimum schedule frequency.
