Account Engagement (Pardot) Multi Business Unit Support

Introduction

Section titled “Introduction”
  • Our native Pardot / Account Engagement integration has only worked with one business unit so far. You had to select the main BU you wanted to integrate with Campaign Audience Builder.
  • This was a limiting factor for companies and organizations working with multiple BU’s.
  • Therefore, we introduced the option to connect multiple BU’s with Campaign Audience Builder.

Functionality

Section titled “Functionality”
  • You can switch between the BUs (if multiple are set up) in two areas.
  1. “Add to Pardot List”
    • When you manually want to add audience results to a Pardot List, you can switch your BU by clicking the BU Dropdown icon and selecting a different BU.
  2. Pardot Integration > “Sync Settings”
    • You can change the Sync Settings context for the whole menu by changing the BU at the top of the screen.
