    Create Marketing Cloud Installed Package

      Marketing Cloud Setup
      This step must be configured in the Marketing Cloud Setup, not the Salesforce Setup or the CAB Settings.

      Access the Marketing Cloud Setup:

      1. Click your avatar in the top right corner.
      2. Click Setup.

      Access Installed Packages:

      1. Click Platform Tools > Apps.
      2. Click Installed Packages.
      3. Click New.

      Enter Package Details:

      • Enter a package name and an optional description.
      • You can copy these proposals:
        • Name: CAB - Marketing Cloud Integration
        • Description: Package to authenticate the Campaign Audience Builder Integration
      • Click Save.

      Add Component:

      1. Click Add Component.
      2. Choose API Integration (it should be preselected) and click Next.
      3. Choose Server-to-Server as the Integration Type and click Next.
      4. Add the following Scopes:
        1. Data > Data Extensions: Read, Write
        2. Provisioning > Accounts: Read, Write
      5. Click Save to finish this step.


      Multiple Business Units (optional)

      • By default, the main Business Unit is enabled for the CAB-MC Integration.
      • If you're working with multiple business units and want to integrate your audiences into different Business Units, you need to enable them first.
      • To do so, go to the Access tab.
      • You can enable all Business Units simultaneously by clicking Enable All Business Units (1) and then confirm this by clicking Enable All in the pop-up.
      • Alternatively, you can enable Business Unit by Business Unit (2-4).
        • To enable a Business Unit, click the toggle button Enable Integration for "BU Name".
        • Confirm your setup by clicking Save.

      Integration Values

      • Congratulations, you've finished your setup on the Marketing Cloud.
      • For the next step in Salesforce, you need your Authentication Base URL, REST Base URL, and SOAP Base URL.
      • Copy them from your Installed Package Details.
