Final Actions

Introduction

Final Actions enable you to expand the functionality for your audiences. Whereas the core functionality is used to add your audiences to Salesforce Campaigns, Pardot Lists, or Marketing Cloud Data Extensions, there is so much more that you can do with them. That's why we enable all Salesforce Admins and Developers to "pick up" the audience lists and further process them in Salesforce Flows or Apex.

Flow Integration

• Use the Flow Builder to create Autolaunched Flows to launch custom functionality. Like updating specific fields for all audience members or creating related records (e.g., Tasks)

Apex Integration

• Use custom development/coding with Apex to create Apex Classes to launch custom functionality.
